Look, we want to be completely upfront and honest with you. We WANT you to be in love with your products. This is Energetic Healthy Me after all! What kind of a company would we be if we didn't live up to our promise and commitment to you as a valued customer? We want you to be happy and energetic about your new products.
Therefore our return policy is really simple and straightforward. If you don't absolutely love your new Energetic Healthy Me Product, send it back for an exchange, store credit or full refund within 90 days of delivery using our free, prepaid return shipping labels. We've done our best to make this as easy and stress free as possible!

Step 1 - Send us and email at email@example.com
Step 2 - We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3 - Ship your product back to us using our prepaid return labels (downloadable in step 2).
Step 4 - Allow us to receive and process your return/refund or exchange.
That's it, that's all there is to it! Only 4 simple steps, simple as that.
Qualifications and some restrictions apply:
- Items must not have been worn or damaged.
- Items must be in original condition and show no visible signs of use.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging.
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. There will be a small shipping fee for international orders.
After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to be shown on your bank statement.
Items purchased at a discounted price/ on sale
Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
Customers have 90 days to send back purchases made at EnergeticHealthyMe.com. Returns postmarked after 90 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Prepaid Return Shipping Labels
Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for.
Pieces must be sent back in the original mailer or a package of equal weight. Any postage due incurred from an improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will happily exchange your item for an equal or lesser value item.
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
All gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost / Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customer's responsibility. Energetic Healthy Me will not reimburse additional charges.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.
Items purchased from EnergeticHealthyMe.com is warrantied for 3 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site.
If you return over $500 in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
